We all wish for long, thick and shiny hair. But we all suffer through some hair issues like damaged, tangled hair and hair loss. So here I'm sharing few tips to overcome these issues.
Rough hair.
Handling frizzy, damaged or tangled hair is a nightmare. By following any of the tips below you can get smooth and shiny hair.
Green Tea.
Wash your hair in the normal way and then massage the green tea gently into your scalp. Leave it for few minutes and then rinse it off with cool water.
Amla Powder.
Mix amla powder in water to make a thin paste. Dab a cotton swab into the mixture and then apply it on the roots. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse it off.
Banana and Olive oil.
Smash a banana and mix it with some olive oil. Apply the mixture on the hair roots. Leave it for some time. Then wash it off.
Using any of these methods mentioned above, atleast twice a week, makes your hair smooth, prevents hair loss and strengthens your hair.
For Thick and healthy hair.
Onion juice.
It smells really bad but trust me its amazing. Apply onion juice into the scalp and leave for atleast half an hour then wash your hair properly. It really helps grow your hair thick and long.
Garlic juice and Aleo Vera gel.
Mix some aleo vera gel in garlic juice and apply it into your scalp. Leave it for some time and wash it off.
Curd and Egg.
Mix 2 teaspoons of curd in a bitten egg and apply that paste into your scalp. Leave it for atleast 30 minutes and then wash your hair properly to get rid of that bad odour.
Applying these can really help improve your hair growth as well as quality of your hair.
Basic Tips.
- Avoid tying up your hair tight. Like a tight pony tail or a braid.
- Use a swimming cap, as the water in pools contains chlorine.
- Don't comb wet hair, as it makes the hair roots weak.
- Try to get your hair trimmed at regular intervals.
- Avoid using heat tools regularly.
- Comb your hair as many times as you can.
