Taking off makeup at night.
Most of the time we feel very lazy to remove all that makeup. But its really not good for our skin.It damages the skin badly. So make it you habit to remove your makeup before going to bed by either using wipes or a cleanser. Using wipes is an easy option.
Rose water Spray.
Rose water is my most favourite thing I would say because its so refreshing and I feel like so fresh and relaxed whenever i spray it on my face. Not only at the night time, you can use it several times a day. So spray it over your face after removing your make-up.
Skin Moisturizer.
After the rose water gets absorbed, massage your face gently with a moisturizer (I love the one above because it has got no whitening ingredient, its just for nourishing and moisturizing purpose) so that the moisturizer gets deep into your skin.
Under eye cream.
I feel like under eye cream is now an essential because the ones who are up till late or the ones who work in brighter lights really need an under eye cream. As we know that the under eye skin is very sensitive so we should take care of it well. So massage under eye cream with a finger tip gently around your eyes. (pond's Light infusing under eye cream and garnier under eye roll on are amazing).
Lip Care.
Having dry lips is a common thing. Keep you lips moisturized by apply a lip balm, lip butter or a petroleum jelly. I use the nivea lip butter as all its flavours tastes yummy :D
Hand cream.
Not only our face but our hands and feet need proper care. Massage your hands well with any of your favourite hand cream. (vaseline hand cream and body moisturizers are my all time favourite).
Foot cream.
In our all day rushes our feet suffer the most. So relax them by massaging your feet well with a foot cream. (himalaya works for me well).
So this is my nighttime skin care routine. I know it seems like too time consuming but trust me it doesn't take much time and prevents our skin from damage.
